Information Systems in Colombia and Brazil Certified in Genesys Gold Partner Program

Information Systems, a Colombia and Brazil company, reseller of Genesys products and provider of professional services consulting and technical support in Latin America, today announced it has become a Gold Certified Genesys Suite Partner. Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) awards the Gold Certified label to current Genesys Partner Program members who are recognized as expert providers of service with a focus on high customer satisfaction. Information Systems is the first Gold Certified Partner in the CALA region.

Gold Certified Partners gain recognition for their expertise and commitment by qualifying for use of the Genesys-approved Gold logo, receiving exposure and branding through the Genesys Partner directory. In addition, Gold Certified Partners also receive marketing benefits, technical tools and training, and enablement services provided only to Gold partners.
